Wrigley's Lane remains closed due to electrical works by SP Energy Networks

Wrigley's Lane in Formby remains closed due to high voltage electrical works which is being carried out with the responsibility for works as Sefton Council.

The works involved is to excavate cable and joint bays in the footway and carriageway with reinstatement as part of overlay scheme.

The road closed on 4th April and will remain closed until 23rd April but possibly 21st April if all goes well. Diversions have been put in place down Green Lane to Ryeground Lane and down Paradise Lane.

Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
