To begin the journey of being registered on our Bubble Approved Traders platform, traders must first initiate contact with us. This initial step is crucial as it allows us to assess their interest and suitability for future inclusion in our network of trusted professionals.

2 - Portfolio and Online Prescence Review
Following the submission of documentation and references, traders' online presence and portfolios are meticulously examined. This step involves scrutinising their website, social media profiles, and online reviews to assess their professionalism, quality of work, and client satisfaction.
Traders are evaluated based on the consistency and quality of their online content, including project images, descriptions, and client testimonials. Additionally, their responsiveness to inquiries and engagement with clients on social media platforms may also be taken into consideration.
For traders without an online presence, a thorough review of their portfolio and references is conducted instead. This step involves examining physical portfolios, photographs of completed projects, and any printed marketing materials they may have. Additionally, traders are required to provide references from past clients or business associates, which are carefully evaluated to gauge their reputation and reliability.
Through this review process, we gain valuable insights into traders' capabilities, reliability, and customer service. Traders with a strong online presence and positive client feedback are more likely to be approved for our platform, as they demonstrate a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. By leveraging digital platforms and online resources, we ensure a comprehensive evaluation of traders' suitability for inclusion in our network, without the need for in-person or online meetings. This approach streamlines the approval process while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Availibility of Trade Space on the Platform
Given the limited availability of spaces, each category has been capped at six slots. Allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning businesses will be listed on their Trade Page according to the order of their platform enrollment. This sequence will be maintained unless a vacancy arises in the subsequent year, at which point, we will refer to our waiting list to fill the position with the next eligible trader.
1 - Submission of Documents and References
Traders seeking approval on our Bubble Approved Trader platform undergo a meticulous assessment process. This includes a comprehensive review of their credentials, work history, and ethical standards. Our dedicated team conducts thorough background checks and assessments to validate the trader's qualifications, reputation, and references. This includes verifying proof of identity (such as a personal driving license or passport), personal address, limited company registered office address, company details, public liability and employer liability insurance details (including policy numbers), company director checks with Companies House, any relevant trade certificates, and five non-family/non-friend references. Additionally, if necessary, a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and any other required certificates are obtained to ensure compliance and credibility.
3 - Successful Registration
Through the submission of meticulous documentation and references, traders demonstrate their commitment to transparency and accountability, reinforcing their suitability for approval on our Bubble Approved Traders platform. This thorough vetting process ensures that only qualified and reputable professionals are admitted to our network, enhancing the confidence of clients seeking reliable tradespeople for their projects. By upholding these stringent standards, we strive to foster a community of excellence where trust and quality craftsmanship prevail. Once registration is complete, you may display the Bubble Approved Trader well known logo on your own sites and paperwork. You will also be awarded with a certificate to showcase in your portfolio and online which shows you are a Bubble Approved Trader.
What Will It Cost Me?
Traders seeking membership on the Bubble Approved Traders platform are required to initiate the process by contacting us and submitting an initial payment of a £100 administration fee. This fee is essential for facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of their business, ensuring alignment with our rigorous standards for approval. It is important to acknowledge that this administration fee is non-refundable, as it represents an investment of our time and resources in assessing their eligibility. Upon successful completion of all evaluation stages, traders will then be obligated to pay an annual fee of £250. This annual fee grants them access to our platform and the exclusive benefits associated with being part of our esteemed network of trusted professionals, prominently advertised on the Formby Bubble website and across various social media platforms.
Subsequent years will necessitate the renewal of the annual fee along with a smaller administrative fee of £50. This process ensures that traders maintain updated documentation, including Public Liability insurance, and underscores our commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accountability within our network.
Once your application has been successfully approved as a Bubble Approved Trader, your inclusion in the esteemed Bubble Approved Trader List will be prominently featured across our various digital channels, including our websites and social media platforms, collectively reaching an extensive audience exceeding 100,000 individuals with each exposure. This prestigious endorsement not only significantly enhances your workload but also serves as a compelling validation of your company's credibility and excellence.
Moreover, as a recognised Bubble Approved Trader, you will have the privilege of prominently displaying the official Bubble Approved Trader Logo on your company's website, various social networking platforms, and stationary materials. Additionally, you will receive an official certificate attesting to your accreditation, serving as a distinguished testament to your professional portfolio.
Application to become a Bubble Approved Trader
Please read carefully the 11-Point Application Process below and then complete the registration form provided to initiate your application process for becoming a Bubble Approved Trader.
Traders seeking approval to become a Bubble Approved Trader undergo a meticulous assessment process which involves demonstrating professionalism, credibility, and compliance.

This approach streamlines the approval process while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Please Note: This process costs an administration fee of £100 which is non refundable (due to the large amount of administrative work involved in the process) and has to be paid upon this application.
This is the Points System on which we will require for you to be a Bubble Approved Trader. If you know that you will not be able to provide these documents, please DO NOT APPLY as the administration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Proof of personal identity, such as a valid Driving License or Passport, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.

A second document as proof of residential address such as a bank statement or council tax letter.

Proof of business address if different from home address, indicating the actual location where your business operates from. This will require two business bills with name of company and full address on.

Details of your Limited Company (if applicable), including the full company name, registration number, and registered office address and names and personal address of all Directors (unless already supplied in point 1 or 3.

VAT Registration Number (if applicable).

Public Liability Insurance Policy, including the Policy Number and Company Name and Employers Liability Insurance Policy, including the Policy Number and Company Name.

Documentation of any qualifications and training attained by the owner, such as certificates or diplomas. Any Trade Certificates demonstrating expertise and compliance to industry standards and regulations in specific trades or industries which shows credibility in that field. Professional Memberships: Membership in Trade Associations or Professional Bodies relevant to the trader's industry, along with any other associated certifications or accreditations.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate, if applicable, dated within the last six months.

Three non-family/non-friend references with contact details, including names, addresses and telephone numbers of referees. Provide detailed descriptions of the work completed for each reference, and any accompanying photos of the job are appreciated but not mandatory. Customer Satisfaction Feedback is also helpful such as testimonials or feedback from previous clients demonstrating customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship, maybe a link to Trust Pilot feedback.
