Four year old Formby boy wins Young Hero Award
The annual Your Heroes Awards at the Ramada Plaza in Southport took place on Wednesday 25th January. The illustrious awards ceremony saw a four year old Formby boy scoop the Young Hero award.
Theo Graham won his award for his contribution to fundraising for Ormskirk Neonatal Unit. They saved his life in 2012 when he was born 10 weeks premature in October 2012 and weighed just 2lbs 8oz.
Theo's mother, Emma Graham said: "I was very privileged and honoured for Theo to be shortlisted for an award and then he actually won the Young Hero Award at the event! He was the youngest person on the night to receive an award, and we are extremely proud of him."
The Mayor of West Lancashire Cllr Liz Savage was there to applaud all the recipients, while Neil Newton hosted the evening.
The event was sponsored by the ScottishPower Foundation. Stephen Stewart, director of SP Energy Networks (representing ScottishPower Foundation) presented the awards.
Categories included School of the Year, Young Heroes, Sporting Heroes, Teams and Individuals.
Congratulations Theo, you are officially the cutest Young Hero ever!
