The Cycle Workshop in Formby has closed down

Formby Bubble is sorry to say that the Cycle Workshop on Foster Road has now closed down.

Owner of the shop which opened on 6th October 2015, Ricky said: "As much as I would like to blame the overheads, it simply isn't. I've decided to just finish completely now as there's just not enough work out there to make a living. I will be notifying all of my old customers to let them know. Thanks to everyone for their custom."

The former bike shop in the village, Pedal Power closed down and Ricky and Kevin who had done the cycle repairs for years within Pedal Power were worried about their future and after a lot of hard work, they opened their very own cycle workshop in Foster Road in Formby (just off Queens Road).

They offered mobile cycle repairs as well as repairs in their workshop. This proved to be very popular but, sadly not popular enough as they closed their doors just after Christmas 2016 with the view to continue mobile repairs through their Facebook page. Sadly, this is no longer the case, the Facebook page has been stopped and the mobile number is no longer in service.
