Sefton Council have video footage of the three men that destroyed Frosty in Formby village.

The footage will be handed over to the Police. It will be their decision whether to release it or not.

Unfortunately, there will not be enough funds to repair him or replace him which is very sad indeed. Shame on you disgusting thugs!
