Good morning Formby Bubble My name is Wendy Marland. I'm a personal trainer & take indoor & outdoor group fitness classes. My favourite classes are our outdoor workouts on our beautiful formby beach and in our wonderful pinewoods.

I take the BeachBodyBlitz classes on Saturday & Sunday's at 8:30am all year round & we meet on the very end beach car park Victoria Road driving through the squirrel reserve. In the spring/summer months there are evening workouts too on Mondays & Thursday's at 7pm & 7:30pm. On Wednesday mornings all year round we meet at 9:30am at Larkhill field & the corner of Blundell Avenue too.

It's so uplifting exercising outdoors in every element (we go whatever the weather) and all the people who come along are lovely and friendly. A great like minded bunch of mixed ages & abilities. I truly love it when I see my clients get fitter & stronger. It truly helps your everyday life fitting in regular exercise.
