Wicks Lane Bridge Closed for Essential Repairs for a month

The National Trust has announced that Wicks Lake Bridge in Formby will be temporarily closed from Monday 13th October to Monday 10th November while essential repair work is carried out.

During this period, the team will be working alongside their dedicated volunteers and specialist contractors to complete vital maintenance and ensure the bridge remains safe and accessible for everyone to enjoy in the future.

The National Trust would like to thank visitors and local residents for their patience, understanding, and continued support while this important work takes place.

The area will reopen as soon as the repairs are complete, ready for everyone to enjoy once again.
