Activity Support Workers Wanted at Fernley Resource Centre In Formby

Fernley Resource Centre is currently recruiting Activity Support Workers, with full time, part time and bank hours available.

Nestled in the heart of the Pinewoods , Fernley Resource Centre is a vibrant and welcoming day service providing fun, engaging and age appropriate activities for the people it supports.

The service focuses on person centred support, promoting communication, development and meaningful engagement in everything it does.

The role

Fernley Resource Centre is looking for friendly, motivated team players who are passionate about supporting individuals to have meaningful days and helping people to be the best they can be.

The building based service continues to grow and has strong links with the wider community. Individual activity timetables are created around each person’s needs, likes and dislikes.

The dedicated and professional team is fully trained to meet each person’s individual requirements, with a strong emphasis on developing positive relationships with the people using the service, as well as their families, carers and others who are important in their lives.

Hours and pay

Position: Activity Support Worker

Hours: Full time, part time or bank hours available

Pay: £13.19 per hour

Shift pattern: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
