A new restaurant and cocktail bar is coming to Formby on Thursday 24th June. The restaurant is called Tibu Bar & Eatery. The restaurant can be found at 9 Chapel Lane in Formby Village.
Owner of the restaurant Tibu Pinedo said: “Hello Formby. My name is Tibu Pinedo; some of you may recall me from The Warehouse Restaurant in Southport and The Vincent in Liverpool.”
“I have now decided to open my own restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Formby Village and I am excited about hopefully meeting some of you soon. We shall be open to welcome you from Thursday this week.”
“My philosophy is to always try our very best to source our produce locally and employ local staff; even our head chef Nick was born and bred in Formby!”
“All of our food is freshly prepared. Our menu is international and we also have a sushi and vegetarian/vegan menu.”
“I would like to thank McComb Property Company as our landlords for carrying out our building works, AKM design for our stunning interiors and Andrew Dunne of Creative Design & Build as our main contractor.”
