A full time position has arisen for a Showroom Assistant in Formby

Victorian Plumbing is currently recruiting for a Showroom Assistant to join their team in Formby, and they are looking for someone with a real passion for customer service.

Location: 43 Stephenson Way, Formby, Liverpool, L37 8EG

Salary: £27,545.76 per annum

Bonus: £100 monthly performance-based bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (5-day working week)

Work Pattern Example:

Week 1 – Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (day off), Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Sunday off)

Plus: Every Sunday off to ensure a consistent break each week

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of the showroom, helping customers bring their dream bathrooms to life. You will guide visitors through the full journey, from initial ideas to final product selection, offering expert advice across a wide range of styles and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their needs

• Providing tailored product recommendations

• Building strong product knowledge across all ranges

• Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation

• Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Training

Successful applicants will complete a two week training programme at Victorian Plumbing, 22 Grimrod Place, Skelmersdale, WN8 9UU, covering product knowledge and systems to support success in the role.
