Prepare for next season - So let's get the ball rolling

Formby Junior Sports Club is making preparations for the start of the new football season.

With this in mind membership forms are now available to download from the Formby Junior Sports Club website by going on to club documents.

Football will only commence when permission is given by the government, the Football Association and is safe to do so. As soon as the club has more information we will let you know.Meanwhile by parents completing membership forms a place in the club is guaranteed for your child.

At this stage no money for the annual subscription is required.

The membership fee will be no more than last season and could be less if the season starts later than September.
