Retreat Day at St Josephs

Etty Hillesum, a Voice of Freedom & Hope (led by Donna Worthington) Etty Hillesum, a remarkable Jewish woman, has become an insightful, profound and inspirational voice through her diaries, which were published in the 1980s.

Determined to face the inner landscape of her own troubled mind, Etty also refused to escape an outer landscape dominated by Nazi oppression in occupied Holland. Etty was only 29 years old when she was killed in Auschwitz.
