Peter Rimmer comes to Formby Little Theatre with the songs of Donovan
Pete Rimmer has performed Donovan Songs at both the Wirral and Fylde Folk festivals and at other venues in the North West, the performance is always well received. Playing many well known songs such as Catch the Wind, Sunshine Superman and Colours together with music from Donovan's various albums.
Pete has been a performer since 1967 in those heady days of the folk boom is a long-time resident singer at the world famous Bothy Folk Club in Southport.
He is also a member of the bands Gallimaufry and Untrained Melody.
The Songs of Donovan with guests Chris and Siobhan Nelson, Bill Hackney, Mike Huddart and Clive Pownceby.
The event will take place at the Formby Little Theatre on Saturday 7tyh April at 7:30pm, tickets are £5.
