Santa and one of his elves flew into Formby for the Trinity St Peter's school Christmas fair
Santa and one of his elves flew into Formby for the Trinity St Peter's school Christmas fair.
The event, organised by the school's PTA "Team TSP", attracted more than 100 parents, pupils, teachers and friends of the school, and raised £1,060.
The fair, at St Peter's church hall on Paradise Lane, featured a disco dome, tombolas, gifts and refreshments.
Team TSP Treasurer Nina Killen said: "It was a magical day for the children and Santa was on top form. His elf was super helpful and looked great.
"Thanks to all the parents and teachers who lent a hand. We also had amazing support from the two churches, St Peter's and Holy Trinity too. "
The funds will be spent on equipment for the school and to subsidise school trips for the children.
