Rotary Club holds bric-a-brac stall on Formby Market

FORMBY ROTARY recently joined the ranks of stall holders at the popular Formby Friday Market. They held a Book and Bric Brac stall, selling a variety of items you never knew you needed until you saw them!
The Club also provided some information on Rotary in general and Formby Rotary in particular as part of their drive to recruit new members.
It was a cold windy and eventually very wet day, not really the weather for browsing but there was a steady flow of customers throughout the day and the Club would like to thank them for their generous support.
The Club were raising funds towards their 50th Anniversary project. The Club hopes to rebuild a school in Nepal destroyed by the earthquake.
The Club would also like to thank the Parish Council for the use of the stall. Their support of Formby Rotary's fundraising efforts is very much appreciated.
