Formby estate agents closes down after just two years of trading

A sad goodbye to estate agents Fine & Country in Formby Village after just two years of trading.

Fine & Country are an Estate Agents that are MULTI-AWARD WINNING in their field and they opened in our Bubble on May 14th 2015.

Fine & Country is a franchise and a spokesperson from the head office said: "Fine & Country is run with strict rules and regulations and unfortunately the franchisee had his licence revoked and did not meet our required standard. Unfortunately, we cannot say any more than that."

Fine & Country in Formby made a big impact when they signed up on the most expensive house in Merseyside, an eight bedroom Manor House set in five acres of land on Larkhill Lane which was on for a cool £12.5 Million. That then rocketed Fine & Country as an estate agent that was highly proficient and professional in their field.

Sadly the Formby branch has now closed down and unless they find someone who would like to take over the franchise, it will not be opening again.
