The International Mersey River Festival returns this weekend

The International Mersey River Festival returns for another action packed weekend.
The Mersey River Festival is a celebration of Liverpool’s wonderful and historic waterfront in a completely free three day extravaganza of family fun, music and entertainment along the iconic River Mersey.
The festival will be complete with boat races, polo tournaments, Jet Ski stunt displays and historical ships bringing the river in the heart of our city to life. There is always a great music element to the festival with a great mix of household names and home-grown talent.
The festival is completely free and creates a fantastic atmosphere on Liverpool’s waterfront this June! Plus it's a short walk from James Street and Moorfields stations in Liverpool city centre.
