This a plea to the good people and businesses of formby

This a plea to the good people and businesses of formby to help a gentleman living here in our bubble this Xmas. I recently met an older gentleman that has been isolated from society for a long time and living on a very limited income. He only uses two rooms in his house, the living room which he sleeps in too and the kitchen. He hardly has anything and the stuff he does have is in desperate need of replacement. Therefore if anyone is getting rid of the following and can deliver please let me know. King-size mattress, leather couch, small table and chairs, curtain poles or curtains. Plus if any of our local cleaning businesses could do a deep clean in kitchen and living room and a flooring company could lay some carpet in the living room and vinyl in the kitchen you would be making a big difference to this man's life. I know it's a big ask, but we live in a very affluent area and the this is one of the most extreme cases of poverty I have seen. If u are going to do anything for charity this Christmas please consider this local man (charity begins St home). Thanks in advance
