Formby man is taking part in Strictly Ballroom to raise money for the charity he founded.
Ray Donnelly from Formby who founded the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is taking part in Strictly Ballroom to raise money for his charity. Ray Donnelly was also awarded an MBE in 2009 for the things he has completed to help charity.
The Strictly Ballroom event will be on Saturday 26th November in Southport. In this event, Ray Donnelly will be performing the Waltz in the competition to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
Strictly Ballroom event will be judged by the X Factor's Christopher Malone and Gogglebox stars Leon and June.
The show is being held at Southport Theatre and Convention Centre. Tickets are at a price of £50 and include a three course meal.
