Isaac's house - 7 years on…

I am pleased to share with you that Isaac’s House charity continues to put big smiles on little faces. I am so proud of the charity and all the wonderful work that we have achieved in Uganda and the number of children and families who have had a positive difference made to their lives thanks to Isaac’s House. None of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for our supporters so I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all our supporters in Formby who have helped, right from the first brick back in 2009, to build our first children’s home.

I have just returned from my third trip this year to Uganda and as ever, am pleased to report all the children are very happy. Our home now cares for 19 children, giving them the childhood they deserve and the Isaac’s House family now extends further into the community. We support struggling parents in the local community to give their children the opportunity of a good education currently paying schools fees for 20 local children. With education being key to the chance of a bright future, we are happy to be able to help the community in this way thanks to all of you, and we aspire to continue helping as many children as possible. In February 2017 I will be taking a group of volunteers to Uganda and some spaces are still available. To apply please e-mail isaacs.house@hotmail.co.uk.
