World Alzheimer's Day event at Formby Library

Do you want to find out more about dementia and the support available locally?

As part of World Alzheimer's Day, Formby Library is hosting an event on Wednesday, September 21 to raise awareness about Alzheimer's and dementia.

Drop in to the library between 10am and 2pm to meet and chat to the Alzheimer’s Society and local organisations such as Sefton Pensioners Advocacy Centre and The Formby Project Befriending Scheme.

Representatives will be available to provide support and advice for those who are living with dementia and those who care for people with dementia.
