Air Ambulance called to an accident at NT Nature reserve
The North West ambulance service recieved a call at 13:49 today to attend an accident at the National Trust Nature reserve in Formby.
The air ambulance landed at Formby Golf Club as medics tried to access the injured person who had fallen from their push bike on the surrounding footpaths.
A female in her early sixties who had sustained ankle injuries was taken by road ambulance to Southport & Formby general hospital for treatment.
