Cancellations to train services at Southport

Due to a track fault at Southport the Southport and Hunts Cross line is disrupted. Impact: Train services running to and from this station may be cancelled or terminated at and started back from Hillside. Disruption is expected until 11:00 29/04. Customer Advice: Owing to a track fault at Southport, services on the Southport to Hunts Cross Line are subject to delay and cancellation. Services will be suspended between Hillside and Southport. Network Rail staff are en route to the problem and expected on site in approximately 40 minutes. Attempts are now being made to arrange a replacement bus service to run between Hillside and Southport. This bus service will be in operation with in the next 55 minutes.
