All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the next ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council which will be held at Ravenmeols Community Centre, Park Road, Formby, on Tuesday 1 September 2015, at 7.00pm.

5.0 Matters of Report from Previous Meeting – for information only

6.0 Update on the Draft Neighbourhood Plan.

6.1 To discuss and if agreed approve the use of Survey Monkey at a cost of £299 +vat, for the purpose of consulting with residents (including young people) and businesses. This facility will automatically analyse the questionnaire responses, when completed on-line.

6.2 To discuss the working relationship with the current Planning Consultant and to determine whether to terminate that contract and appoint an alternative Planning Consultant.

7.0 Planning Applications – monthly report enclosed

7.1 Queens Road application

8.0 Report from meeting held with Sefton Council officers to discuss parking and related issues

9.0 To discuss the use of Lifeboat Road car park by coaches and the lack of facilities provided by Sefton Council
