Clumber Care is based in Freshfield and provides high quality residential care for children and young people offering a safe, family environment from birth to 18 years.
We are currently recruiting for: Team Leaders
Hours of work: 39 hours per week shift working pattern, with options to work 24 hour shift rota or an alternative day shifts only, dependent on which site you will be working.
Location of role: Freshfield, Merseyside
Exciting opportunity to join our existing management team at a children’s home across two sites in Formby. We are looking for dynamic, flexible Team Leaders.
Do you want a rewarding career creating positive outcomes for children and young people within a care environment?
You will need to have an understanding of childhood trauma and its impact on young people; and the ability to work within a therapeutic model of care to help support young people with some different challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of the Children’s Regulations and SCCIF ,plus childcare legislation, and be willing to support the Registered Manager in leading a successful team, in providing a nurturing, positive happy environment for young people within our care, with an ambitious vision for every child to succeed, and a willingness to lead a team to meet outcomes .
