M&Co in Formby has closed its doors for the last time

M&Co in Formby has closed its doors for the last time due to the company going into administration. M&Co. Has been a very popular clothes shop for many years in our village and the staff have raised thousands of pounds for charity with their fabulous fashion shows. We are so sorry to see it close.

Manager Sue said: "Well the time has come as M&Co has finally shut its doors, may I Sue, Linda, Chrissy, Gill, Carol, Val, Sheila, Clare, Anna and Alison say thank you for all your support over the years ❤️❤️ and for all your lovely gifts, we are going to miss you. It's been a pleasure serving a lovely community." 😢😢

Staff acting like mannequins in the now empty window of Formby M&Co

Major fashion brand M&Co was put into administration in December 2022. Staff at 180 stores across the UK were at risk of losing their jobs.

Scottish fashion brand M&Co were plunged into administration after a losing battle with post-pandemic shopping habits. Shops across the UK could face closures.

Our thoughts are with all the staff that have lost their jobs in Formby.
