Formby Bodybuilder Takes On The Universe and he’s still Hungry For More!

At 47 years young, Formby’s own John Youssef is proving that age is just a number as he continues an incredible bodybuilding season packed with determination, discipline and success.

John first made a huge statement by taking 1st place at the FIT X competition, showing he was in phenomenal shape and ready to compete against some of the very best in the sport.

Then, on Sunday, he stepped onto one of the biggest stages of all at the prestigious PCA Universe in Derby, where he battled against elite athletes from across the country and secured an impressive 4th place finish. 🏆

But there is no time for celebrations just yet.

The focus has already shifted straight back into preparation mode, with the tan going back on, the training continuing, and the diet staying razor sharp ahead of this Saturday’s IBFA Liverpool competition on home soil.

John’s journey is inspiring many people locally, showing that dedication, consistency and hard work can still deliver incredible results at any age.
