Brand new Emily’s Restaurant & Bar is a Botanical Hideaway in the heart of Formby and opens tonight in line with the #Formby Light Switch On, Thursday 24th November 2022.

Rebel Restaurants, the group who brought you Brunch & Cocktail Club, have now brought us Emily’s Restaurant & Bar in Formby Village.

Emily’s is in what used to be the Nat West Bank on Brows Lane. Four businessmen joined together to buy the building, extending the back and completely change it to this beautiful forest-like gem. Costing almost £2 million, you are sure to love it, from the designer toilets right through to the open roof terrace that makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise.

Food at Emily’s Restaurant & Bar

The Emily’s by night menu is second to none with mouth-watering dishes that you would be served in a top London restaurant.

Nibbles of Black Truffle Crisps and Gordal Olives, also Fresh shucked Colchester Oysters. Breads & Mezzes with House Tzatziki Plate, Hummus Plate or you could try one of the Charcuterie Board dishes. The meat dishes include Rose Harissa Chicken Skewers, Fillet Steak, Braised Brisket & Black Pudding. Fish dishes include Hake Fillet or 'Margarita' King Prawns Marinated in Achiote.

The vegan and vegetarian dishes include the most delicious crushed Fingerling Potatoes or Oyster Mushroom ' Calamari' as just a couple of samples. Also there are salad dishes and Desserts offering a few delicious options including Crème Brulee, Shortbread and Fresh Raspberries or Pornstar Cheesecake with a shot of Prosecco.

You can try the Emily’s famous Brunch experience by day and signature small plates by night. The delicious Sunday Dinner Menu will definitely delight your tastebuds.
