Nominations are now open for The Pride of Formby Awards


Nominations are now open for The Pride of Formby Awards. The event is due to take place at The Gild Hall on Friday 27th March.

The nomination form can be filled in on line at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/POFA2020

OR you can collect a paper copy from Formby Library from Monday.

We are also looking for sponsors for the event to sponsor the trophies. If any business is interested then they need to contact parishclerk@formbyparishcouncil.org.uk or admin@formbyparishcouncil.org.uk
