New post for ex-mailman as he opens his own business in Formby

An ex mailman, Tony Nolan, has a found new post running a kitchen makeover showroom in his hometown.

Dozens of well-wishers, including Tony’s friends and family, turned out for the formal opening of Dream Doors Sefton and Ormskirk.

Company director Ed Brewer cut the ribbon at the showroom in Brows Lane, Formby before visitors enjoyed drinks, nibbles and a look around the store.

Tony said he was ‘delighted’ to see so many people at the ribbon cutting event, adding: “We’re local people providing a quality service to the local community."
