Old Prezzo shop taken over by Ian Cockbain Wealth Management and Berkeley Shaw Estate Agents

The old Prezzo shop is soon to open as Formbys well known Ian Cockbain Wealth Management but also as a Berkeley Shaw Estate Agents.

The offices on the corner of School Lane and Halsall Lane have been undergoing extensive refurbishment over the last few weeks from the well known Italian restaurant Prezzo into office space for the wealth management team along with estate agents.

Berkeley Shaw is one of the few remaining Independent firms of Estate and Property Agents in the North Merseyside area and having practised for over 30 years it will be great that they are opening in our Bubble soon. Ian Cockbain has two shops on Brows Lane in Formby which we suspect will now close down and operations will move to their more superior office space on Halsall Lane.
