A Jewellers shop with a difference opening soon in our Bubble called Hallmark Jewellers
A new shop is opening soon in our Bubble, Hallmark Jewellers. The shop is on Halsall Lane, by Marks & Spencer. Manager of the new Formby store, Liam said: "We are a family-run business specialising in jewellery repairs, alterations and bespoke design. This will be our second shop, we have one in Widnes as well. At both of our stores, we offer on site jewellery repairs. We have a fully equipped workshop, onsite on our ground floor meaning you can see your repair being done in front of you."

Whether it’s replacing a tiny diamond or a total remake, as long as it’s made of platinum, gold or silver we can help! Hallmark Jewellers is a family run business, run by husband and wife team, Stephen and Denise. Liams father, Stephen was working for himself and operating a trade repair service for many independent jewellery stores across the north west for twelve years when he decided it was time to offer his high standard of work directly to the public, allowing customers to cut out the middle man and come directly to the goldsmith. In 2012, The Jewellers Bench was opened in Widnes and now in 2019 Hallmark Jewellers in Formby.
Stephen, in the trade is a jobbing jeweller, this means he has served a apprenticeship during his youth, 7 years to be exact and has learnt his raw skills from more experienced goldsmiths always continuing to learn and develop the key skills learnt during those 7 years. Taking this amount of time to learn the skills of his craft has served him well, openly admitting to being a perfectionist he has passed his skills down to the three apprentices that now work at our two stores.
