Woodlands Hospice Annual John Parrott Golf Classic

Woodlands Hospice ‘Golf Classic’ with Formby's very own John Parrott – now in its 16th year – takes place on Friday 22nd June at West Derby Golf Club.

We are seeking teams of four for this very popular Stableford competition at £249 per team, which includes bacon rolls and tea/coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf competing for straightest drive and nearest the pin and the Team Trophy, two-course evening presentation dinner and entertainment.

The evening will include a raffle and auction with some really great prizes on offer. Hosted by the former World Snooker Champion and Patron of Woodlands Hospice John said: “I have seen first-hand the wonderful work the staff undertakes on a daily basis. The changes have been quite remarkable in the progression of the Hospice during the time I have been involved, with facilities that are second to none. I am sure the high levels of care will continue at Woodlands if people continue to support such ‘major’ events in the hospice fundraising calendar and I am proud to be involved as a Patron for such a wonderful and caring Charity."

The event provides an ideal opportunity for your company to support and sponsor a local charity at one of our flagship events. Woodlands Hospice has to raise more than £2,700 every day to ensure all services and facilities remain free of charge to patients and their families.
