Volunteers needed for Citizens Advice Formby

Can you spare time to help your local community? Citizens Advice Sefton is looking for 3 people to volunteer as Telephone Assessors at our Formby office. As a volunteer Telephone Assessor you will respond to enquiries from people seeking advice and you will help them find a way forward.

You will need to commit to 6 hours volunteering per week on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 9am. – 3pm. Full training is provided, you just need to have good telephone skills and be able to use a computer confidently. Any travelling expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
