The initiative, available at local development, Trinity Lodge, offers purchasers the choice of three packages, available on apartments reserved before 31st January 2018. The first package includes stamp duty paid in full, cost of estate agent’s fees of up to £2,000 and solicitor’s fees of up to £1,500, a removals service and a downsizing package of £350, when using Churchill’s recommended partners.
Alternatively, purchasers can choose to opt for an interior design package, which includes a no obligation consultation with Churchill Retirement Living’s design partner, Jane Clayton Interiors. Choose from a fresh new look for your apartment or a selection of furniture, curtains and accessories. The final package covers the cost of the Owner’s service charge and ground rent for three years.
In addition to the Choices campaign packages, selected plots at Trinity Lodge have been reduced by 10%, offering a potential saving of £34,000.
