Scott Montgomery to run for the families of victims of the Manchester terrorist attack
Scott Montgomery from Formby is going to do a run for the families of victims of the Manchester terrorist attack after hearing the mother of Olivia Campbell do a desperate plea to find her daughter who was sadly killed in the terrorist attack.
Olivia Campbell has been confirmed dead among the 22 people who died in the attack.
Scott is aiming to run 2017 miles for the Children with Cancer charity by running at various marathons all over the UK. Scott has already raised £5000. However, he has decided not to run for Children with Cancer charity. This time, he has decided to dedicate his run at this weekend's Rock and Roll marathon in Liverpool to the families.
Also, the Manchester Evening News has launched an appeal in order to support victims' families and within the first 24 hours, it raised close to £1m.
