Formby Methodist Church's Christingle and cake service
All children and their families are invited to Formby Methodist Church's Christingle and cake service on Saturday 17th December, 4:30pm. The service is a short informal service where the children will build Christingles as well as singing Christmas carols. After the service there will be drinks and cake. It would be great to see you there, whether you are new to the Church or a member of Footsteps, TLC, Adventurers or any of the other children's groups that meet at the Church.
Before the Christingle service if you have some spare time how about following the stars around Formby village? Starting with Formby Methodist Church, search the shop windows along Chapel Lane and Halsall Lane to find all of the gold stars. On each star you will find a letter. Collect all the letters and arrange them to make a Christmas sentence.
Can you do it? Give it a go! Worksheets will be available during Advent from Church or on the church's website: http://www.formbymethodistchurch.org.uk Bring along your answer
to Christingle and Cake and you'll get a chocolate!
