Cllr John Joseph Kelly, Cabinet Member for Children, Schools and Safeguarding, said: “I would like to congratulate all students across Sefton on their A-level results today. The grades students have received have taken two years of hard work and each and every one of them should be proud of their achievement.
“Of course, there will be a number of students who didn’t receive the results they wanted, or expected, and I would like to remind them that there is support available moving forward.
“For many this will be the start of a new adventure, and I would like to wish every student the best of luck on the next part of their journey.”
