Art in the Cafe today at Formby Pool

Painting by local artists celebrating the Formby countryside can be seen and bought today at Formby Pool - SUNDAY 8TH MAY

The watercolour & embroidery groups have been established for 3 years. They have become increasingly popular, with over 30 students currently involved.

Students are from Formby and surrounding villages and exhibit a broad range of talent.

We have an annual exhibition in the Village, and are delighted to be given the opportunity to display our work in the cafe at Formby Swimming Pool on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th of May.

The exhibition is a celebration of the wildlife and plants unique to Formby Village portrayed in Watercolour & embroidery. Many of the pieces are for sale.

The optimum viewing time is after 1pm when the cafe is less busy, entry is free of charge. Also, remember that your car parking ticket can be reimbursed when purchasing refreshments in the café.
