A FANTASTIC opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, charismatic individuals to join the team in the role of Customer services advisor. Victorian Plumbing is a RAPIDLY GROWING online retailer of bathrooms and requires professional personnel to join our great team, due to expansion and client demand. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for making every customers experience a positive one. Providing first class customer service, you will assist customers by processing orders, answering queries and dealing with complaints in accordance to company procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing telephone orders
Answering general customer enquires
Point of contact for all customer support needs
Answering e-mails and live chat questions in a timely and professional manner
Liaising with suppliers and the purchasing team
Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs
Instigating solutions to help the customer, using negotiation skills where needed
Management of your own daily work flow to ensure maximum efficiency
