This photo is the Beach Body Blitz girls yesterday morning looking fantastic on our beach.

BeachBodyBlitz an outdoor workout usually on the beach at Formby or in our amazing pinewoods. It consists of a mixture of cardio, toning, strengthening, stretching exercises to enable you to get fitter for life. The session uses mostly body weight exercises. If you're new to exercise or haven't been in a little while it's a lovely friendly group that attend. Everyone encourages you to feel comfortable. I always offer options to some of the more challenging exercises. So you can build up your confidence,strength & stamina. The class is currently on Saturday & Sunday 8:30am from the very end beach car park. To reach it you drive through the Victoria Rd squirrel reserve. On a Wednesday it commences at 9:30am from Larkhill field / corner of Blundell Ave. Dress for the weather in the winter months gloves hats headbands are a must. Lots of thin layers. As the weather gets warmer layers come off. Water too Evening workouts will commence outdoors soon on Mondays & Thursday's from Victoria Road end beach car park. Time usually 7pm
