My client a well established and traditional Law firm with offices based across Merseyside is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their small team based in Formby.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing Law firm and become an integral member of their small friendly Conveyancing team.

Salary £28k - £35k DOE plus excellent bonus

Job Description:

You must

• Be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

• Have indepth knowledge of Residential Conveyancing Sale and Purchase

• Have the ability to run your own caseload of files without supervision

• Taking instructions from Clients

• Drafting all legal documents and letters

• Checking and drawing up all legal documents

• Liaising with other parties

• Drawing up completion statements

• Submitting Stamp Duty forms

• Registering Documents with the Land Registry
