Another one bites the dust in Formby.....

We were very sad today to hear of yet another business that has closed down in our beautiful Bubble. Pinetops Health and Fitness has closed its doors as of today, indefinitly. This is tragic, so much hard work and dedication was put in and we are truly devastated at this news. The gym is the most beautiful place, with an outdoor and an indoor pool. We need somebody that can take over and invest in it. It will be so sad to see this gone. Good luck to John and all his staff in whatever you do in the future from Formby Bubble.

This is a statement from John who tried so hard to make it work.....

As you have all been aware we have had some major maintenance issues lately with the pool roof and electrics in the building. Unfortunately these issues were in the end to costly and time consuming to fix. It is for this reason and to my absolute devastation, Pinetops Health and Fitness will be closed indefinitely as of today 24th January 2015. The Health and Safety of our members and my staff was and has always been my number one priority. As this could now be compromised I have made the decision that I can no longer continue.

I would like to personally thank all of you who have supported us and given us your custom over the past year. I apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused and can assure you that this was not a decision I made lightly.
