RTC on Formby By-Pass by Weld Blundell.....

UPDATE at 16:23pm: The By-Pass is still blocked with traffic diversion still in place through Ince.

The Air Ambulance was called to a Road Traffic Collision on the by-pass and someone was taken to hospital with a back injury. The incident happened approx. 3pm this afternoon. Police and ambulance attended the scene. The road is blocked off completely going into the woods but traffic is diverted through Ince Blundell.
