Retail Nightmare as another shop closes down in the village.....

It has been confirmed today that the well established Formby Estate Agents Michael Moon, has closed down their Formby office. They are still trading their business as usual but, they are now working from their Crosby office. The Crosby office is a lot busier than Formby but they still offer their second to none personal service to Formby residents. They can still meet for appointments in the Formby shop until it is leased by another company. They have built up their online services which is where most of the business comes from now.

This just means that we now have another vacant shop up for let in our village. Maybe the landlords could consider reducing the rent? maybe the council could reduce the rates? If somthing isn't done to keep the traders, what will become of our village? What do you think? What can be done to save our village?
