🍪 The Cookie Counter Bakery announces grand opening date in Formby with free cookies for first 30 customers! 🍪
We’ve got some delicious news for Formby! ❤️
Back in September, we exclusively revealed that a brand new independent bakery was coming to Piercefield Road, and today we can finally announce the official opening date!
The Cookie Counter Bakery will open its doors on Saturday 14th November 2026, from 10am until 6pm! 🎉
And to celebrate, the first 30 customers through the door will each receive a FREE COOKIE! 🍪
The exciting new bakery is the dream of local resident Jennifer Williamson, who grew up in Formby and has previously worked as a chef in Liverpool city centre.
Jennifer has also built up a following through her popular cookie pop-ups, including appearances at Liverpool’s Baltic Market.
Now, together with her mum, she’s bringing her passion for baking back to her hometown!
Visitors can look forward to a full menu of delicious sweet treats, freshly baked cookies, cakes, pastries, locally produced bread, hot and cold drinks and plenty of other goodies.
Jennifer has confirmed that everything is on track for the grand opening, with the keys to the premises being handed over this week.
