Position: Customer Assistant – Operations

📍 Location: M&S Simply Food, Formby

💼 Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

💷 Pay: £13.41 per hour

📅 Closing Date: 23 July 2026

Working Pattern

Week 1

• Sunday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm

• Monday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

• Friday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

Week 2

• Monday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

• Tuesday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm

• Saturday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

This is a physically demanding operations role, working behind the scenes to keep the store running smoothly. Duties include managing stock, handling deliveries, replenishing shelves and ensuring products are available for customers.

M&S is looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Is flexible and willing to work across different areas of the store

• Is confident using digital systems to manage stock and deliveries

• Works well as part of a team

Please note: Applicants must be 18 or over as the role involves operating mechanical equipment in line with health and safety legislation.
