Lantern Parade with Christmas Carols – Everyone Welcome

A simple and heart-warming Lantern Parade will take place on Saturday 6th December 2025 at 4pm.

We’ll gather from 3:45pm at Holy Trinity Church, Rosemary Lane, Formby, before setting off in small groups carrying our illuminated lanterns.

The parade will make its way into the village to join the Formby Nativity, where we’ll sing a couple of Christmas carols together.

Afterwards, we’ll return to Holy Trinity Church for hot drinks and snacks.

It’s a lovely, gentle community event for all ages.
