Hundreds of people came together on Saturday 13 December 2025 to enjoy the much-loved annual Formby Village Nativity, held at Formby Pool Gardens.
The nativity was presented by Churches Together for Formby, Altcar and Hightown, in partnership with Make Noise Choirs, and once again proved to be a truly special community event, bringing families, friends and visitors together in the heart of the village.
Sincere thanks are extended to Dympna Edwards for writing this year’s adaptation, and to everyone involved in making the production such a success. From the dedicated cast and behind-the-scenes volunteers, to the wonderful Make Noise and Make Noise 2 choirs, every contribution helped create a memorable and uplifting performance.
Grateful thanks also go to Formby Pool Trust for kindly allowing use of their grounds, and of course to everyone who came along to watch and support the event. The village nativity continues to be a cherished tradition, made possible by the generosity, time and talent of so many volunteers each year.
