Good morning on Tuesday 13th December. Staying cold with sharp overnight frosts and patchy ice and winter sunshine expected this afternoon in #Formby. It’s -1°C with westerly winds of 6mph making it feel like -4°C


Today will see patchy cloud in places to start, with the odd wintry shower possible. Into the afternoon, wintry sunshine will develop for all as patchy cloud clears away, and it will be dry. Maximum temperature 3°C in Formby.


Tonight looks to remain dry, with clear skies for most, and just the odd patch of cloud drifting in from the north at times. Another very cold night is expected. Minimum temperature -7°C in Formby.


Any freezing fog clearing, then dry and mostly sunny across the region. Frost lingering well into the day and feeling very cold with a northerly breeze. Maximum temperature 3°C.

Cold and mainly dry on Thursday with lengthy sunny periods and a sharp morning frost. Probably turning cloudier on Friday and Saturday with showers, wintry in places. Staying cold too.
